WALK THE CROSS 2025
One kilometre for each year that Jesus lived
📅 13th–14th September 2025
🙏 A pilgrimage of faith, unity and prayer across the four nations
Together we will walk 33 kilometres, one for every year of the life of Jesus Christ. Join us on this journey of prayer, penance and witness as we lift high the Cross and walk with Him.
“When England goes back to Walsingham, Our Lady will come back to England.” – Our Blessed Mother
About the Pilgrimage
Walk the Cross is a two-day pilgrimage calling the faithful from the four nations to walk in prayer and unity.
Each year we gather to journey 33 kilometres, representing the 33 years of Jesus’ earthly life. The pilgrimage coincides with the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and Our Lady of Sorrows.
Primate of All Ireland, Archbishop Eamon Martin, invites all to join this special expression of faith.
This is more than a walk. It is a prayerful witness — a chance to deepen your faith, carry the Cross together, and renew hope in Christ.
